Become a Member
If you support the mission, vision, and values of Size Inclusive Health Australia and your work and/or your personal life aligns with the Health at Every Size® principles, we'd love to welcome you as a member!
There are four categories of membership:
- General Membership - $35 per year
- Verified Provider Membership - $75 per year
- Student Membership - free
- Medical Practitioners - free
General Members, Student Members and Medical Professionals receive:
- Access to the Size Inclusive Health Australia private members forums and Facebook group
- Opportunities to develop and review weight neutral resources and projects to be used by health professionals and members of the public
- Opportunities and tools for HAES® advocacy
- Notification of new weight neutral research papers, projects and opportunities
- Discounts for a number of weight neutral practice training and networking opportunities
Verified Provider Members receive all the benefits of General Membership, plus:
- Listing on the Size Inclusive Health Australia website as a Size Inclusive Health Australia Verified Provider
- Use of the Size Inclusive Health Australia Verified Provider logo and membership card on your communication and marketing materials
- The right to vote in Size Inclusive Health Australia management committee elections and at general meetings (NOTE: general members also have the right to vote)
Renewal of Size Inclusive Health Australia Memberships:
- Size Inclusive Health Australia memberships are for one year from the date of approval.
