General Membership:
Size Inclusive Health Australia provides general membership to anyone interested in size inclusive and weight neutral healthcare. General membership is open to any Australian resident medical, health, fitness and wellness professionals, researchers and policy makers with an interest in weight neutral practice as well as to members of the public who wish to help promote and further the adoption of the HAES® Principles in Australia. General members in this category have organisational voting rights and are eligible for management committee positions. All Size Inclusive Health Australia memberships require acceptance of Size Inclusive Health Australia’s privacy policy and Size Inclusive Health Australia’s code of conduct.

Student Membership:
Size Inclusive Health Australia provides free membership to all Australia-based full-time and part-time tertiary education students (from all disciplines) with an interest in Health at Every Size and weight neutral approaches are eligible for this membership category. Student status must be verified by attaching confirmation of enrolment to your application. Student members are not eligible for management committee positions and do not have organisational voting rights. All Size Inclusive Health Australia membership requires acceptance of Size Inclusive Health Australia’s privacy policy and Size Inclusive Health Australia’s code of conduct.Join now
Medical Practitioner Membership:
Size Inclusive Health Australia provides free membership to AHPRA registered Medical Practitioners who are size-inclusive and HAES®-curious. We encourage fat-friendly General Practitioners to join as Verified Members so your services can be listed in our directory for prospective clients. Medical Practitioners in this category do not have organisational voting rights and are not eligible for management committee positions. All Size Inclusive Health Australia membership requires acceptance of Size Inclusive Health Australia’s privacy policy and Size Inclusive Health Australia’s code of conduct.

Size Inclusive Health Australia Verified Provider Membership:
Medical, allied health, counselling, fitness, and population health practitioners and training providers in Australia who share a commitment to evidence-based practice and use an exclusively size inclusive and weight neutral approach in their practice are invited to apply for Size Inclusive Health Australia Verified Provider status. Current Size Inclusive Health Australia Verified Provider members have organisational voting rights and are eligible for management committee positions. All Size Inclusive Health Australia membership requires acceptance of Size Inclusive Health Australia’s privacy policy and Size Inclusive Health Australia’s code of conduct.
Of the $75 fee, $35 goes towards your general membership and $40 towards the verification assessment process (non-refundable). Verification assessment is conducted by verified providers who volunteer their time and occurs annually to ensure the accuracy of the Size Inclusive Health Australia listings.
